Tekkit server not starting up! Error log help!

I just got the Update today! So exicted! Finally! But! There is a problem :/ I start up the server and get this:

long shot, but move the server files to a directory without !!! in the name. Maybe java cant see a directory path with !!!!

thats not that much of a longshot seeing as the last two folderlocations in that error report are two different locations, first having 2 bangs the second having 3. Tech Protip unless absolutely necesarry don't use special characters in file names, hell if you can help it don't use spaces either use _ between things.
