powersthatbe85 Posted April 6, 2012 Share Posted April 6, 2012 So I'm new to the forum and I'm sure this has probably been discussed but i couldn't find it. Just started a new tekkit server for my friends and I. We light up our homes and surrounding areas a great deal, but mobs keep spawning in or on our houses and lit area. freakachu Posted April 6, 2012 Share Posted April 6, 2012 I also run a vanilla tekkit server and I have never had this problem. you're probably leaving some areas that a bit too dark. it's easier to do than you think, so just light it up some more and it should be fine. if you're using some extra mob spawn affecting plugins though, who knows what your problem is Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Muddy Posted June 26, 2012 Share Posted June 26, 2012 I have the same issue, mobs spawning all over our mining base in daylight (we have a glass ceiling) and in brightly lit rooms such as our filter room.
