FamousID Posted July 14, 2013 Share Posted July 14, 2013 So me and my cousin what to start a lets play for hexxit but when he downloads the TechnicLauncher it just says add new pack. He runs on windows 8 and im fine running on windows 7. I think it maybe that the technic launcher doesnt support windows 8 yet. Uhh i told him to deleted and reinstall but it just doesnt work cuz the hexxit title doesnt show so its not installing the files. Teraku Posted July 14, 2013 Share Posted July 14, 2013 Have your cousin disable his firewall and antivirus, it's blocking the Technic Launcher. Better yet, add exceptions for java.exe, javaw.exe and TechnicLauncher.exe. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
