How can I play the technic pack and the Yogbox

I really like the technic pack but I want to use Minecolony included with Yogbox. Is there a way I can merge the two and play both sets of mods at once? Thank you for the help in advance. I run a Windows 7 Emachine with Norton antivirus installed. I have a basic knowledge of how to make mods work (thanks to google).

No you cannot merge them. There are ways to modify technicpack, and you may be able to crowbar minecolony in there. Look for some of the posts about modding technic.

Also, if you do, don't expect any support.

Thank you. I figured I could just pop 'em together but I tried to and now the block ids are screwed up :(

ID conflicts are bound to happen. You'll probably have to drop something in technic to add in mine-colony, and then work out all the conflicts.

Yah it's a problem between Buildcraft and Minecolony. Is the buildcraft.blueprint.library necessary?
