Universal Cable

I can't seem to find any information on this cable, and would like some help with some things about it.

What's it's maximum output?

Will it overload?

Does it have power loss, if it does what is it.

nope, its pretty much perfect.

Universal cable has a few pitfalls.

First you cannot control what direction the power flows. If you connect it to a Redstone Energy Cell, it will short the cell out and drain all its power in seconds.

Second is large amounts of the cable will severely drag your pc down. Its dynamically textured based on how much energy flows through it like a liquid pipe.

It can connect to buildcraft pipes. I dont really call this a negative, or a positive bit it depends on how you look at it. Connecting it to a wooden pipe will allow it to draw items out of containers. If you're not paying attention, this can kill your power.
