10karate Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 Hello everybody, I really need help of how to install an icon onto your modpack. Everytime I logon to my modpack the icon is always the logo. I have a separate icon png but I can't seem to make it an icon. Can someone please help me? D:
dwwojcik Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 I don't know if that's possible. If it is I as well would like to know.
10karate Posted July 19, 2013 Author Posted July 19, 2013 I don't know if that's possible. If it is I as well would like to know. I think it is because then how did tekkit make the icon separate, the background, and the logo....
10karate Posted July 19, 2013 Author Posted July 19, 2013 You need to use Solder. How do you use that I didn't really understand it. Also what does it do?
miniboxer Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 If you don't know what Solder is, you don't need it nor want it. It does not in any way make modpack making easier, and requires a more extensive setup.

dwwojcik Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 You need to use Solder. Ok, in that case we should wait until Solder is ready for widespread use.
10karate Posted July 19, 2013 Author Posted July 19, 2013 Why does tekkit have to be so complicated... -_-
dwwojcik Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 Why does tekkit have to be so complicated... Very tricky technical stuff, Tekkit. That's the whole point, actually.
Vivacity Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 Tekkit is not complicated. It's just so expansive that it's hard to wrap your mind around.Break it down and it's simple.
_Mataroyale_Modpacker_ Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 It's just so expansive that it's hard to wrap your mind around. Basically you're saying it's complicated.
Vivacity Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 Basically you're saying it's complicated. Rock Spin around Fire Vs A large mass performs revolutions upon itself while rotating upon a center point composing mostly of hydrogen and helium It can be complicated if you want it
dwwojcik Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 .... And.... What? Is that a bump? I thought your question was answered already.
plokami666 Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 Setting Solder up: I've provided a how-to. Using Solder: I've also provided a how-to.
10karate Posted July 23, 2013 Author Posted July 23, 2013 Sorry man this is very complicating. EDIT: I also have a windows, not Linux.
