Launcher not working

My Technic launcher wont event start up and its stuck on the logo screen thing. I'm on windows 7 64bit and I have fresh versions of 64 and 32 bit javas. No error come up and I have tried many times to just leave it on for hours. Here is a screen shot of the problem:

Read the Common Problems sticky, if the problem can't be solved there then submit a bug report.

Also please look over the Common Problems-thread about your antivirus, sounds to me your antivirus might block the launcher.

I found the problem. It was that it didnt like the custom windows theme.
