Description of Problem:

I went into twilight forest and when I came back to over world a battle tower which was previously not there was in the middle of my village. Before I left the village was completely loaded and I had been living in it...the battle tower replaced part of my house and I lost a lot of materials. Please help!

Yes, well, if you would be as kind as to use the search function you'd realize it is actually a problem with a conflict between secretrooms and a chunk load error causing the chunk to be reset. There's no way to revert the damage done unless you've made backups.
