Linux Launcher Trouble

Hello, I am running Ubuntu and I am trying to download the Technic launcher but the Linux download link doesn't do anything when I click it. Neither does the Mac download button (I pressed them all in frustration, the Windows one worked fine, as far as I could tell) so I'm not sure what the problem is, but I don't think it's only Linux that isn't working. Any help regarding this would be much appreciated, thank you.

Same problem with Xfce but your link won't work for me

Right click the link, click on "copy link location".

Open up a terminal and type

cd ~/Downloads

wget <paste the link here>

And there you have it.

PS: Ubuntu 13.04 on Chromium here. All links work fine.
