Tekkit Server Error - Help

This is the message i get when trying to launch my launch.bat file.

I have the latest java and it is the right one as i have a 64 bit windows computer. I have windows 8 also. But everytime i try to launch it, it comes up with this error message.

The point of a signature is to provide additional information about yourself. As your username is already to the left of your post, and your real name is irrelevant, a signature adds nothing.

That wouldn't help. He has 64 bit java.

Have you tried to get a host?

add java's executable to your system path. that is your issue.
