I wanna play on LAN...

I recently downloaded Hexxit Mod Pack, and now whenever I try to play LAN servers with my sister, it crashes. Please help!!

Can you give us some information about your system? Like OS, Java version, etc? I know macs have been having some problems recently in particular.

Most recent Java and Windows. I am on a HP Desktop, and my sister is on a Acer Laptop

Have you tried reinstalling the server and nuking your .technicpack folders? This often fixes many problems.

Selected all the hexxit files. Push delete key. Redownload them all. That way, you know everything is correct and not corrupted or anything.

Hit the windows key. Type %appdata% (with the percent signs). One of the search results should be a folder called "roaming". Click on that folder. Inside of that folder there should be a folder called ".technicpack"

Delete that folder, and then try again.

if i and my brother disable the firewall then we can play in lan.

its a lan server so the solution is different

just a thought. are you guys plugged into a switch or using a patch cable?
