Tekkit TMI Help

Hey guys me and a few of my friends are trying to set up a Tekkit server for about 20 players. The thing is, we don't exactly trust all of the players and want to play through everything legit. I was just wondering, is there a way of disabling Too Many Items so players cannot spawn items in at all? Or if anyone has any suggestions as to how our dilemna can be solved it would be very much appreciated.

You don't need to because Tekkit doesn't include TMI.

Really? Oh ok Two of our ops are trialing the server and apparently there is a mod/plugin that allows items to be spawned in. Any idea what it is and how to disable it?

That's NEI. Just make sure only people you trust are OP'd

Anyone can see it and use recipe mode, but only OPs should be able to spawn things.
