Yuriy Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 If you're an op then you should be able to op people in-game, I believe.

Yuriy Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 i tried but i cant even op myself The original op has to come from the text file. How are you separating the name(s)? Mine are just on separate lines and that works fine, I don't know if separating with semi colons or commas will work. Also, are you running a permissions system? If so, I believe you have to use that to set permissions rather than Op, the server should only default to OP if no permissions are available (file blank, I believe).
ZombieTwiglet Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 Also if you are changing ops.txt the server will need to restarted between edits.
Pilchard123 Posted April 10, 2012 Posted April 10, 2012 Use the server console. You can do anything you like from there. just remember that you don't need to put the / in front of any commands. Once you've OP'd yourself, then just go back ingame and op other people.
