Hexxit update freezes in middle of download

When i try to run Hexxit it tries to download the updates. It goes pretty fast until it gets to a .tml file. For example, it says"10% MobTower.tml..". It has been like that for 30 minutes. This is what i tried:

• Restart download.
  
• Delete .technic/hexxit folder and reset pack
  
• put max allocation and left nothing else open for 1 hour and 30 min

You might want to try deleting the whole launcher and redownloading if that wasn't what you meant by the second thing. You could also see if you can log in to any other modpack that has an update. I am not sure how it would help, but it wouldn't hurt to try restarting your computer and trying again.
