How do i solve the Internal Server Error

I've been playing Hexxit with my friends but then i get disconnected suddenly and Internal Server Error comes up

try having the host reset their internet (btw I believe that will change their IP address) and restart the server. I've had similar problems on Tekkit.

It crashed during the Scouter update.

http://hexxit.wikia.com/wiki/Scouter says the Scouter causes crashes and an NBT-editor can be used to get rid of the Scouter.

happens to me alot while going into dimensional doors, Dungeons, and random blocks in the world, not sure how to fix it myself, but just saying
