BuildCraft permissions in latest MCPC+

Some odd observations with the latest MCPC+ and BuildCraft:

- Fillers don't work at all unless [[buildCraft]] is OP even if other permissions/trusts/etc. are established. I have the GriefPrevention plugin, but even outside of claims it doesn't make a difference.

- Quarries ignore all permissions/trusts/claims/etc. regardless if [[buildCraft]] has OP or perms.

Any suggestions or advice in dealing with this? Making [[buildCraft]] OP isn't a big deal since Fillers respect claims, but with Quarries completely ignoring everything, it's kind of a problem.
