Where can you promote your Mod Pack?

I am currently putting together a mod pack, and I am curious as to where I can promote it on the forums without getting a spanking from forum staff. I tried using the search feature but nothing came up except people talking about moderator permissions.

Understood. Hopefully it won't get lost in the sea of broken and or outdated packs. Downloaded dozens of packs that don't work or that haven't been updated in ages.

You could try making a server for it and advetise it through server sites like
