Voltz 2.0.4 Server download error?

I had planned on hosting a private Voltz server for some friends and myself, but I kept getting this error:

To see that it was a Voltz issue and not my computer/router or other, I tried a second time with a different mod, Tekkit Lite, and it worked perfectly fine. I've spent roughly 10-20 minutes googling and clicking to find any source, with no success.

I think my friend which is the host of the server i play on ran in to a problem like that he told me via skype that there are 2 files that apparently dont dowload sometimes and you have to find the yourself. Cant be sure of your problem because i dont really know how the crash reports work.

For some apparent reason, Forge tends to do that when launching older versions of Forge. The only way I can help you is to give you those needed files since I fixed the download from copying the libraries folder from another Forge 1.5.2 server I previously had.
