Description of Problem:

The Project bench, when making unbound linking books, will always create a book with the properities of the linking panel in the crafting grid, while it takes linking panels from the project benches inventory. (The list only had 1.0.3 but i thought my tek ver was 1.1.10)

That would be an issue with Project bench, due to the way that Link books use block data to store their connections, Project bench is likely just set to clone exactly what its given, block data and all.
