When I open my world, it told me that there was a new "r11" update available. How do i download this?

I'm having the exact same problem. Every few seconds at perfectly spaced intervals, my world will freeze for a moment. I'm assuming that's because I don't have this update yet.

That's Matmos doing it's version check. Matmos has updated since the version that's included in the pack. Don't worry about it. I'm sure the latest-at-the-time version will be in the next release build of Technic and you won't have to worry about it.

I highly doubt that the fact that the version of Matmos (which has worked fine and been stable in the current release of Technic since it's release) is no longer the most recent is what's causing your crashes.

I recently changed dentists, that must be the cause of the issue. I'm very sorry but my previous dentist was actually a homeless guy with hand drill. I'm not switching back, so you'll just have to deal with it.

I just downloaded the new pack and I'm getting this message. My world will also freeze and large chunks will become see through after I have been playing for a while, then minecraft crashes. The versions that don't have this message don't seem to have this problem.
