the modpacks not lunching whhhy ?

Antivirus Program: mcafee

Description of Problem:

when i try tp lunch any of the modpacks they take 10 min and after 10 min he say to me::: technic pack error downloading file for the following pack

Error Messages:

Modpacks do not offer lunch services.

But for proper support, uninstall your antivirus completely

i uninstalled all antivirus and the problem is still ... i cant open the modspack plz i need to fix it

Please post what OS you are using, google or ask a friend if you don't know.

Also please post the error log, when the launcher does these kinds of things it creates an error log. Post it between quote tags or paste it on pastebin and post the link here instead.

Q. Where are the logs for reporting a problem?

A. The logs folder can be found by clicking the Gear in the upper right hand corner and then clicking the Logs button. If you cannot even open the launcher, to get to your logs you will have to go to your Technic Launcher folder (See first question) and then go into the /logs/ folder inside.

The logs are named techniclauncher_year-month-day so the latest one will be the current date. Please use the most relevant date of logs to report a problem.
