Launcher Doesn't Work

Launcher Version: 383

Operating System: Windows 7

Java Version: 1.7

Antivirus Program: Microsoft Essentials

Description of Problem:

I cannot login into Technic Launcher. My login details are fine and I have opened a port in firewall.

I have tried deleting the launcher, deleting the roaming data and re downloading but nothing seems to work.

I tried logging in using my brother in laws login which works fine on his PC and the same thing happened, my brother in law was able to login on his PC using my login details.

Download the latest network drivers for your brand of PC - Asus, Dell, Alienware, Samsung, whichever brand you may have - then try ( it might ask to restart pc, so do that and have patience). Then try the launcher again

Still doesn't work?

Get your Command window up and write:

setx _JAVA_OPTIONS -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true

Either one of these may work... the latter is quicker to do
