(SOLVED)Made a new pack, but noone can download it!

I have it hosted on MediaFire, and so far I'm the only one who's been able to download it.

I don't believe it to be a pack issue as i can download and run it just fine.

It is here if anyone wants to see if they can download it, so far only two friends have done so, both said they couldn't do so.

It does give an error. Here's the log if anyone could figure it out.
