i cant download the technic luncher

hi this is for the owner and admins on this page i cant download it. it says

and what can you do about it i want to know

Browser, anti-virus, and where are you trying to download it from?

The error message suggests you're trying to download on a managed network, such as a school or work computer. If this is the case then the administrator of the network has blocked the download and you are out of luck, there's nothing the admins here can do about it.

What anti-virus program are you using and whats your web browser then I might be able to help you, but look at Neowulf's comment

I have this same issue, and so does a friend. I have no anti-virus, and am using a dated version of firefox.
He was using chrome, unknown anti-virus. Both on the same network, but Im fairly certain that it's not on our end, our filter sucks
