Title: Error unzipping Hexxit

Version: 1_0_4

OS: Windows 7 Home 64- Bit

Java Version: Version 7 Update 51

Description of Problem:

I am trying to download hexxit but I always get an error message.

I deactivated firewall and my anti virus program.

and I'm sorry for not cutting down the log, my little brother wants to play this game and I'm definitely not a big help, and I have no idea what's the important part :/

I would appreciate any help!

AVG is among the horrible AVs that bullies technic launcher for no good reason. Uninstall it, get a better AV like Microsoft Security Essentials or Avast!

32-bits java? Why limit yourself to 1gig when you have a 64-bit OS?

Uninstall the 32-bit and get yourself a 64-bit java, this will allow you to allocate more RAM to the launcher (should you need it) and hopefully make it run properly when dealing with heavy modpacks like tekkit and Hexxit.

okay, I uninanstilled it and I upgraded to a 64bit java, and I expanded the memory to 2GB but it is still not working :/

I don't know what else to say, maybe restart your PC?

You are the second person who comes with the same error - an error without an actual error on the error log - so I don't know what causes this...

I have the same prob, it says that there is an error in the modpack folder when starting up
