Can't login.

Launcher Version: 395

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

Java Version: Java 7 Update 51

Antivirus Program: N/A

Description of Problem:

When I attempt to use the login system, It merely states that the launcher cannot connect to Minecraft.net and stops.

Error Messages:

-Auth Servers Inaccessible-

An error occurred while attempting to connect to Minecraft.net

Is there any equivalent to this command on the mac? I've tried a similar thing with java -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true, which returned the java command help. I've used java -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true -jar /path/to/TechnicLauncher.jar, but it still shows this same error. There is no setx file on mac.
