Inventory and recipe guide

i have played the Tekkit mod minecract a bit i i kinda know how to use it but i cant figure out how to change the recipe guide in Attack of the B-Team to not just give me the items and just show me how to make it...im a bit newb when it comes to mods but it is a very fun mod and i would like to get better at it. 

 

any help would be appreciated

I believe I changed it by hitting the options in lower left, go to the inventory option and changing where it said cheat mode to recipe mode.

Alternatively, hover over the item and press "r" for recipe and "u" for what recipes the item is used in.
