Item id at top of screen?

How can I make it so that the items don't show up at the top of the screen when i look at them? Also do you think that would even help raise my fps?

I think it's the number '1' on the number pad; I wouldn't imagine it'd make much fps difference, but you never know.

Thank you for the advice. unfortunately it didnt help at all... My issue is almost exclusively when i move my mouse. It's very similar to when a mouse battery is almost dead.. Any advice for this? Ive already turned all video settings to maximize fps..

that is the mod called waila, just delete the mod, it is client side only, will not affect game play and highly doubt it will increase fps/tps

It's the 0 key on the keypad, select Waila, then Show/hide Waila select hidden
