malachai1974 Posted March 6, 2014 Share Posted March 6, 2014 I looked throught the common problems thread, saw a couple posts about it, but no responses...using tinkers construct in Attack of the b-team, I am unable to add ball of moss or redstone, or, well, anything except for diamond that I have tried...nothing else will put an output tool, no matter how much I put in...42 blocks of redstone should be enough to do something... Also, I was checking key configs and hit a key that came up with an enchant screen and gave me the ability to enchant any weapon/tool/armor with up to level (X) of any enchant, for no charge...is this supposed to be active? malachai1974 Posted March 7, 2014 Author Share Posted March 7, 2014 Please bear with me, it has been a few years since I was on a forum board, but, I have a few pics that I took, at the tool station and tool forge...I have tried placing 42 block of redstone in every available spot in both tool areas, and have enough modifiers to be able to do this, but, it doesn't allow me to add the haste modifier at all...I just cannot seem to post the pics here, or, if I can, I am unsure how to do so. In previous forums I was able to post the pic directly into the thread I was typing in. I will try and figure out how to add pics here, but, any help without them would be greatly appreciated! If the tool is almost full it won't let you skip over a section (say you've got 45 redstone from 5 redstone blocks on a tool, you can't add another block because it'll push the total over 50 which is the top end of that level, you can still add individual redstone dust up to 50, then add blocks again in the next level). That doesn't sound like your problem, but it's worth doublechecking you actually don't already have some boosts on those items I figure. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
malachai1974 Posted March 7, 2014 Author Share Posted March 7, 2014 I really am a n00b at this...forgive me for this...but I was trying to add haste to a weapon and not a tool at the time...I really feel like an idiot now...seems you cannot add haste to swords...live and learn I guess...
