DragonScythe Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 Through a discovery I found, I personally have gotten 69 base hearts without active potion buffs (79 with Heart Canisters). This is the max I calculated to be able to be achieved, although there may be higher as even I haven't explored the whole modpack.
