Forge Mod Loader could not connect-Please help

I'm pretty new to the new mod-pack Attack of the B-Team, I just started it today. I watched several videos off YouTube to find out how to create and run a server, and all failed with the same result. I did everything correctly I think; I ended up with the folder containing all the files such as launch.bat, server.properties and more. I went into server properties like in the videos and entered the IP I have on hamachi. Everything goes well, I click on launch.bat and boot it up. It's successful-until when I try to log on. When I enter the IP with the port or without, it won't let me log in with the message "Forge Mod Loader could not connect to the server. The Mods and versions listed below could not be found. They are required to play on this server." Then it lists dozens of mods below, spamming my screen. Maybe I'm just too terrible with this kind of stuff, or I did something wrong or I don't know? That's why I wanted to ask who ever is reading this message. I read all comments from several YouTube videos showing how to make the server- none have the problem I have. I remade the server FOUR times, each a little bit different, depending on each video. I even re-downloaded the technic launcher. All I want is to be able to play this pack with my friend.

Also note, I tried launching it on several different files, one of them was minecraft_server.1.6.4.jar and when I did that, it worked! I log in with my friend, we start playing, turns out I'm planning normal minecraft. I have TMI still installed from the pack, but I can't spawn anything that's from modpacks, it says it's an unknown ID. Then I closed the server and tried again. This time I used BTeam.jar. Right when I launched it, I get two messages. "Starting minecraft version 1.6.4" and the second one "[WARNING] To start the server with more ram, launch it as "java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft_server.jar." After a few seconds it starts booting up normally and quickly. Just a couple lines after it says "Done!" so I go on the B-Team minecraft, log in, and it says "Forge Mod Loader could not connect" etc. like before.

I really don't know what's going on. I created a tekkit classic server just fine, and it still runs okay. Message me back if you read this, if you know or not.

Thanks-

The default settings for B-Team in the launch.bat should work ok, make sure you've got enough disk space wherever it's installed but other than that it shouldn't run into any problems (unless you have a low amount of total ram on the host).

To connect to your own machine if that's where you're running your server, use the ip address 127.0.0.1 rather than the Hamachi one.  If it connected fine through hamachi before in normal minecraft then leave it alone - that means that part is set up correctly!

If your server still doesn't seem to be starting up then please post the logs for the server on the tracker - it has its own log which you'll find in the server folder.  Useful guides for that can be found by following links in my sig.

To avoid trouble, start by downloading the B-Team server files, then extracting them somewhere clean and new.  If you get the 'creating world' messages, then it should be working.

I'm not sure if this will work. I'm thankful that you're helping but the server itself I don't think is the problem. The updates between my pack and the server are different I think. When I click "Multiplayer" from the homescreen, the server pops up with all bars, normally as if I can play it. But when I join it, that message pops up claiming that I have out of date mods. One thing I noticed is that all the mods start with "MinesFactoryReloaded:" then with multiple different child mods from that.  It also says on the server console I was disconnected for "The server requires mods that are absent or out of date on your client." I will try what you suggest but if there's any other ways please replay back
