Someone could tell me how to prevent new users from using the hack to get items? I'll tell my server has the following plugins: PermissionsEx, NocheatPlus, TekkitRestrick, TekkitCustomizer. Go to your mods folder created in /mods in the server and deleted the NEI.zip.(Something along the lines of Not Enough Items). This will resolve the issue for you.
