The floating island and the slime...which mod is this?

I am wondering which mod makes those floating island (with all the blue and green slime stuff/trees).

Anyone an idea?

There is a config file related to tinkers construct that can turn them on and off as well, if you wanted to do that. There is also a setting in there that allows you to turn them on/off for certain dimensions (so if you wanted them in the nether or the end, for example, you could)
