If you wanted a mod added to the b-team pack, you have two options: add it yourself, or somehow convince enough of the b-team and their friends about it being a good idea.

I like that mod.

but it doesn't really follow the theme of B-team. In the modpack you can raise dinosaurs, raise the dead, make machines and do all crazy stuff!

 

With MCA you... make friends with villagers, get married and/or become king? eh..

It's a good mod, but I wouldn't put it in this modpack
