Crafting landmines (Tinker's Construct) in MP?

We can't seem to craft landmines on our Attack of the B-Team server. They work fine in single player, but not online. I don't see anything in the config files on our server that deny landmine crafting, is there something I should look for, or are they denied for multiplayer in general?

There are two types of Blank Casts, the landmines require the one made from aluminum brass. The ones made using gold will not work.
