Is it possible to add additional plugins?

I don't mean for everyone, I mean for my server specifically. The only plugin i'm actually interested in adding at the moment is this one: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/tp-multihome-v0-11-3-multiple-personal-named-home-locations-2058-1-2-3-r0-2.10959/ (Which is just a /home plugin)

I've done the usual things to install it, but it's not seeming to work; is there anything I specifically have to do to get this to run? (I tried installing PermissionsBukkit as well, didn't work.)

Right now there's no Bukkit support. That means Bukkit plugins are pretty much impossible at the moment. Check around the forums, plenty of people are asking about this already. Here's a thread that Frizzil has commented on already:
