Server /give Command Error

When I attempt to use the /give command on my Voltz Server to get a block (missle, battery, reactor, ect.) it says, "There is no item with ID (ID I entered)". This happens to ALL blocks and items from mods. Can some one help?!?!

I recently found out that none of the blocks from the mods can be placed either... I put them down they disappear right after!
