Yeah, question about metaworlds...

I've gotten the 1.7.2 version and I wanted to manually download it to a mod pack, but when I got the downloads and put them In and started up the pack, I got an error saying that metaworlds wasn't complete. I got both the core mod and the creative .jars and put them in, from the mine craft forum page, but it's still missing a component. Any ideas?

The 1.7.2 version says mod incompatibilities are "unknown" but the 1.6.4 version has problems with both Optifine and NEI, both of which you have.

 

That being said, you are probably missing the libraries. There are manual instructions for modifying the .json file which imports/retrieves the libraries. You probably need to follow those (this will entail editing the version.json file inside your modpack.jar file).

I don't see why this type of mod would have an issue with NEI, optifine I can see, what with the constantly changing sizes of blocks, but NEI I would expect to work fine… Actually I guess with the ability to make the little placable versions of whole builds would be impossible to link with NEI as one would need infinite slot holders..
