Try removing mystcraft, its causing a few problems.

I have the crash report fixed but now it just crashes iwth perm gen error though I have tried having the perm gen set to min 256 max 512, min 512 max 1gb and it still crashes. I have mor ethen enough ram on the server also

The original error indicates you have included a client-only mod in your server's mods folder.

 

As for the permsize issue, please provide links to your client pack page or API URL as well as the contents of the script you are using to launch the server.
