How do you restart technic launcher?

Just for a reason [This is not a complaint] Just cause my Attack of the b-team just isn't working well, just wanted to know how to restart

the launcher, But when I try to delete it in recycle bin, It says "The action cannot be completed, This file is open in Java"
 

Please help me D: I really wanna play B-Team

Close the launcher and the game (if you're running it), delete the %appdata% -> Roaming -> .technic folder (remember to backup your saves!)

now click the launcher and it will redownload everything.

 

If you can't delete folders on the recycle bin then you should restart your PC, that will effectively stop anything from using those folders
