Grammar Fix:

When I use Tekkit on the version of 3.0, it uses my .minecraft in my AppData instead of using the proper folder called .tekkit. Also, When I go on the normal launcher I go in game it crashes my game when I use my inventory.

OP is having trouble because either he isn't selecting the pack he wants to play, or his launcher isn't patching in modpack.jar at launch.

Try running the launcher via tehniclauncher.jar

There is definitely something wrong. Tekkit really tries to load mods from wrong directory.

Piece of log

At second line he works with ~/.techniclauncher, last line and further - with ~/.minecraft.

(directories just symlinked)

Fixed for myself by symlinking .techniclauncher/tekkit/* into ~/.minecraft/, but that is not how things supposed to work =] Also, using old (0.5.4.9) launcher, that might be the reason.
