Client side mods shouldnt be in the mods folder for a server

 

So ArmorStatusHUD, DynamicLights, NEI&NEI plugins, optifine and Zans minimap and way points

Also are all the mods 1.6.4 compatible and all the core mod files are there?

 

Java 8 could be causing a few problems, try dowgrading to Java 7 update 51 or higher
