RavenMC_ Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 I have a problem with my Modpack. Every time it start it it will crash instant. The Error is: " [b#439] Java HotSpot 64-Bit Server VM Warning: ignoring option MaxPermSize=256m; support was removed in 8.0 Can you help me?

Permanent Generation was removed in Java 8 and parameters used to adjust it will be ignored if used on a command line. However, this should not cause a crash. The crash is probably coming from something else.
Loader Posted July 13, 2014 Posted July 13, 2014 A lot of mods still misbehave in Java 8, as an FYI (it's probably not that either, but I can't give much more advice than that from this info).
RavenMC_ Posted July 13, 2014 Author Posted July 13, 2014 I am checking every single mod if there's a problem while starting. I used a wrong version of NEI so that's why it instant closed MC and opened the Launcher.
