Do an actual search, using the search box, and I'm certain you'll find your issue there somewhere.

As well, go to the Most Common Issues and Fixes thread. There may be a solution there too.

What's the tracker?

Up the top of this page where you've currently selected forums (the discussion forum you're in now as an example) there's another option called Tracker (the bug/issue tracker where this kind of thing is handled).  The format of the tracker is different to the forums for the convenience of the users, helpers and devs when it comes to marking things as fixed or finding outstanding bugs.
