HELP CANT JOIN SERVER

for some reason I cant get it to get below version 1.6.4 but all the servers are in 1.5.2 HELP

I'll update the 3.1.1 post, but you'll need to click the small gear under the Voltz modpack listing, select "Manually select a build" and then pick the previous recommended version, which was 2.0.4 I believe.
