Description: There was a severe problem during mod loading that has caused the game to fail

cpw.mods.fml.common.LoaderException: java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError

That tells me its an issue with initialising (LOADING) the mod.

java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -1

That shows me that something is outwidth the java boundaries.

I know your issue, You actually to need to run cauldron, forgemodloader has an issue and it will crash when a second person joins, and IDK how to fix it. Simply reinstall cauldron on that mc version into a DIFFERENT directory, make sure to put the libraries and jars into there (copy/paste).

Then start the server.

@Ozurr: There seems to be a problem with Twilight Forest's initialization. The error you are seeing is common in a 1.6.4 pack when an ID is set outside the allowable range or there is a conflict of some sort. However, you have a 1.7.2 pack and that really shouldn't happen. Please provide a link to the Platform page or API URL of your modpack.
