Big dig

Hi when im trying to start big dig I get crash and it comes up a text and it says:

what should I doo?

I quickly scanned through and saw something about Thaumcraft. I dont remember Thaumcraft being in BigDig orignally. Did you add that mod to BigDig yourself or was it already a part of the BigDig modpack?
