Technic pack white desktop fog

My technic laucher that I downloaded off this site for windows is frozen my computer desktop when I selects the technic pack and the it froze I tried to open task manager it froze and have a white fog over my desktop on the screen and the cursor is in loading animation I tried to restart the computer and then it gave me the white fog on the desktop as it seems that I am rambling on I am afraid that I have tuned the family computer any help please

You really shouldn't tune a computer, they come prebuilt to True A, and never waver. That's what makes them such great instruments.

I started this post by attempting to correct your post. Unfortunately, after reading it a few times, I still have no clue as to exactly what it is you're trying to say.

Maybe you should try again but, this time, read what you wrote before clicking that post button. You might even get some actual help out of it.
