SudoJar Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 Hey, I downloaded 2 custom modpacks and they downloaded correctly mods are where they were supposed to be but when I hit play, it won't load any mods. It just loads in regular vanilla. Do anyone knows how to solve this problem?
Kalbintion Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 What are the modpack API URLs? And post a launcher log. Getting Launcher Logs * Run Technic Launcher * Click on the Cog icon located on the top right of the launcher * Click on the "Logs" button * Provide relevant log files ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pasting Logs Use one of the following methods to show us your log files: * Attach file to posting * Use http://pastebin.com and paste the resulting URL in your post * Use http://paste.ubuntu.com and paste the resulting URL in your post For overly sized files, attaching or using the above URLs may not work, you can use one of the following for these types of cases * http://mediafire.com * http://dropbox.com

Discord Moderator plowmanplow Posted August 30, 2014 Discord Moderator Posted August 30, 2014 Adventurer's Dream: The binmodpack.jar file is named "modpackAD.jar". This would need to be renamed to modpack.jar before the pack will start. The modpack archive includes no config files. This is always bad. The pack has an automated ID fixing mod, but they seldom provide a 100% solution. The pack has some item ID conflicts. The Ethernal Flame RPG: This pack is packaged and built in just a fundamentally improper way that it just needs to be started over from scratch. It is a modpack in name only.
