Can't start up a tekkit server

keep getting this error - Java.LAng.unsatisafactoryErrorLink. You cannot run a 32 IA .dll on a AMD 64 .dll how do i fix this? i have the software developers version of java and regular V6 java on a Windows 7 OS

You need the 64 bit version of java. The code is attempting to load 32 bit libraries and getting an error because your processor is 64 bit.

i have downloaded both the 64 and the 32 bit Java and this is still not working, it was previously Java 64 bit anyway.

You need JRE 7, instead of JDK. Java Runtime Environement runs java programs. Java Developer Kit makes them.
